Local resident Cadan ap Tomos is your local Lib Dem champion. He's standing to be the next councillor for Splott, Tremorfa and Pengam Green in the by-election on Thursday 5th December.
Cadan lives locally in Splott, and understands how our communities have been neglected by the Labour-run council. He's fighting to make our area a better place to live by cleaning up our streets, making our parks safer, and improving walking and cycling routes.
